Roofing materials
Just had a new roof put on and there is a lot of material left over (which I’m sure I paid dearly for)
Anyone need: 2 square (6 bundles) of Atlas architectural shingles dark brown. Full bundle of starter strips, same color. Two rolls of Harvey ridge vent. Full and partial rolls of Atlas ice and water shield. 38 rolls of roofing nails (for nail gun) One stinkpipe boot 40’ of 6 inch drip edge (aluminum) 2 partial rolls of synthetic underlayment Partial roll of lead flashing I estimate the cost of the whole lot around $500-$800 I will take $300 for the whole lot or a reasonable offer. |

You might want to keep some shingles to do matching repairs.
Just put them in a place that doesn't get too hot. If nothing else, their retention should guarantee that your roof suffers no damage. |

Yes, I have almost a full bundle of shingles that was opened. Should be enough for a lifetime of repairs! I put them next to the ones from my garage build 5 years ago! This roof will outlive me for sure.
