Yoga for Golfers
Wondering if anyone would be interested in a yoga for golfers class in Laconia? Increase flexibility, improve your turn and help to prevent injury...anyone?

Yes, I would be interested in yoga-golf. Would like to be able to focus on just getting the ball staraight with no more left or right hooks.

Keep the big toe on your right foot aligned along the top of the shaft with a weak grip.
Keep the back of your left foot facing the target line with the left big toe tucked under the right big toe.
