Default Arcadia Campground Site/Trailer

Hi. My father is no longer able to use his camp at Arcadia, so we will be selling. $79k. 150' from beach, close to playground. PM for more details.

How do the docks work there? Is there a lottery system or seniority or just day use? Thanks!

Docks are owned as part of a separate association. There is usually one for sale, with prices varying based on depth, location, etc.

There's a private ramp and dad's site is about 300 feet away.

Also, there are beach poles to pull boats up to the beach. 20' max, that's a wait list (though I don't think there's anyone currently on the list).

Default quick sale

Sounds like great location, priced right. Bang! Gone! Gotta be quick these days.

There are very few available and what comes up sells quickly. Given costs on the lake, it's a bargain.
