Default Gator Signs

Gator Signs in Gilford is very good. Have seen many recommendations for them on Winnipesaukee.com http://www.gatorsigns.com/ Not sure if they do "hand carved" but if they do not they could give you some suggestions as to who does.

Default Try these guys

I've heard good things about them. He does custom made had carved signs.
I use Mark at Gator for all my lettering needs but I honestly do not know if he does hand carved signs.
As for doors, Gilford Home center, Boulia-Gorrell, maybe trustworthy.

For the sign you can wait until the craft fairs start coming to the area and they always have one or two that do it.If you don't want to wait you can order them online as well. Harvey's makes a nice storm door but you need to go through a contractor to get one. If you went into one of the showrooms they can recommend someone. And as BR stated Gilford Home Center or Boulia-Gorrell will have a better door and it will be easier to install then the big box stores.Good luck with your projects!

Most new exterior doors are weather tight and do not require a storm door.

You don't mention the type of storm door - wood or metal.

If you are seeking an aluminum/metal storm door most retailers have very limited in stock colors and styles to choose from.

I purchased all of my aluminum/metal storm doors directly from the manufacturer. Vast array of designs, options, and colors. You do need to know your exact measurements and type of trim.

I went directly to the factory here:

We have two houses, the first one is a cottage and the two doors are older. Last summer they had the doors wide open all the time and asked for a storm door.

On our main house, we have three brand new doors, but no way of getting in any air or feeling the breeze unless they arer always open. With several dogs ( us) and cats ( the cottage) keeping them open is not an option.

I put screens up this past summer and did not like them and would not keep closed.

We would rather go with the storm doors, so altleast we have a little more cold protection and the ability to have air flow on the when needed.
