Default Looking for a lake rental

I am arranging a family reunion for july or early august this summer. It would be 5 families consisting of 10 adults and 15 kids (2-14yoa). We would like to be on the water for a week. Our budget is $10000 for the rental. We would be happy with either mainland or island properties. Anyone have a suggestion?

Default Oliver Lodge

Oliver Lodge has a great website and looks like something that could accommodate your group.

Another thought is Ames Farm Inn ? But that is a lot of cottages "In Season".

I can all but rule out Abakee Cottages (another great location) due to your timeframe ... if it were after Labor Day, Abakee would be another good choice

This is the first place that came to my mind as well. Do not forget the $650 for cleaning.

Lots to do, for all ages. Probably no smoking or electronics. You won't be able to spend anywhere close to $10,000, and food is included, cooked and served by "the croo".

Default Grey Shingles Camps

They are on Rust Pond in Wolfeboro. Six cabins on 6 acres with private beach. Plenty of open space and a great rec hall for large gatherings.

Default Water Access Associations

It may be easier to rent multiple houses in close proximity to each other in a water access association, too. There are certainly a lot of houses for rent in places like Suissevale, Balmoral, Far Echo Harbor Club, etc.

There are several of these small cottages plus a large house for rent. Nice spot, great beach, and boat dock
