Default Wolfeboro Architect, draftsman, designer?

Finally getting serious about a project I have wanted to do for years. Expanding my small ranch by adding a second floor. I am pretty good with floor plans and have drawn up exactly what I want. Looking for someone who can fine tune the floor plans and do elevations and sketches. Someone familiar with shingle/adirondack design elements. Things like lets flare the shingles or make this support beam a tree trunk. I know there are some great architects in the area but not looking to spend 10 to 15% of the project on plans. Just need some guidance.

Hi,

I'm not sure if you got someone for this, but you might want to give Ned Coville of Chinook Contracting a call. He does design and build. He isn't an architect but is great at drawing up plans and will even make a scale model.

He is in Moultonboro. Here is his website. https://chinookcontracting.com/
