I got my boat and mooring registrations in February, I have lost them. What do I do now?

They are NOT lost. You put them in a Zip Lock bag with other "papers" that will go on the boat when it goes in the water. They are probably in a drawer in the kitchen. The boat keys are in the same place. NB

Thanks, but the keys are in the boat at the marina. or they are supposed to be. What is sort of funny is that it is a different form then what I had sent in.

A replacement registration or registration decal can be issued at the Boat Desk in Concord, some DMV substations, or Marine Patrol Headquarters. The owner will need to have the bow number of the boat and his/her driver license. The fee for a replacement registration is $10.00; the fee for replacement decals is $3.00.

"If you lose or destroy your Certificate of Registration or decals, you must apply for a duplicate and submit a processing fee."

This can be done at MP HQ. I bet they can do it in Concord too.

Mine never got to me( as best I know) so they replaced for free. So if you think they were lost in the mail and tell them that they will replace for free

Last year we didn't get a couple of ours, the others we did. I called Concord and she said we could go to Tamworth to get them which we did. Take last year's registrations with you and make sure that if your name is on the registration, that you are the one that goes.

I got the boats new decal and certificate from Guilford Marine Patrol headquaters. No old certificate but gave them my name and home residence and a check for 25.00 got them on the spot.

for the mooring decal I called them at 603-267-6453, they very nicely told me where to get the boating decals, and that I would need to send $25.00 and a letter of explanation for the mooring decals and they would send one right out.

This all took place quickly and they were very pleasant about the whole thing.

Boat goes in the water on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. But not to loose the decals They are on the boat now!

It has happened to me before, at least one time. No problem, as long as you have your previous registration.

Default no paperwork?

If local, go to Guilford with your checkbook, They will take care of you in very fast and professional manner. Snail mail sometimes just lose things. And yes take your old registration with you, though I did not have anything with me except my check book. They ask nice questions and have the answer in there computer.
