Default Meredith Firewworks

We're at Meredith Moorings directly across from the fireworks. Had friends up to enjoy the show. It was worst than bad! Maybe a minute or two max and it was over... For real??? What a disappointment.

I wonder if they used the same company Center Harbor used for the 4th of July this past year..... The first 20 minutes were uneventful and slow and the last 2 minutes were great. It was rather embarrassing.

Happy New Year!

Default From the Mill Falls Facebook page

Dear friends and neighbors, we apologize for the abbreviated fireworks display last evening. Our pyrotechnicians experienced some difficulties with their electronic firing system and were unable to finish the show we had planned. We promise we will make it up to you next year. In the meantime enjoy a happy, healthy and prosperous new year.

I believe mills falls puts on the show, not the town. It was a huge disappointment of a show but as I read below, there were some malfunctions in the show itself. There was a large crowd on the docks side and a lot of negative comments when it was over. The highlight was hearing the pontoon boat cutting it's way through the ice trying to get back to the dock. Like every year, we then went over to gunstocks for an absolutely fabulous firework show from the mountain

It was Mills Falls there was a sign on the Mcdonalds hill right at the traffic lights "presented by Mills Falls."

Rusty McLear apologizes, in a letter in the Laconia Daily Sun today on behalf of Atlas Fireworks, for a technical problem with the electronic firing equipment.
