Am I losing it or am I hearing snow machines out on the lake today?

I hope not -- But there is plenty of ice in many spots -- I heard F & G was out there yesterday

Saw eight of them going through Ctr Harbor and towards Patrician shores last Sunday. A couple skimmed the open water in front of our dock.

Default Snowmobiles

Yes, I saw two out from Long Island bridge this morning. There is water at that shoreline so they kept a distance away.
Seems nuts to me.
70 degree temps forecasted this weekend.

26" wow. Still skimming from the shoreline and onto 12" of solid (not honeycomb or porous) ice here on Sebago. Gonna be at least another 10 days to 2 weeks.
