Your food for thought ideas are needed

We are exploring a new venture and would like to know what people are looking for and expecting when it comes to affordable take-out options. My wife & I have been in the food business since 1996 owning the Lakeshore Deli from 1996-2000 and the DQ in Laconia from 2000-current. We want to make another business investment as we still own the building that operated the Lakeshore Deli and most recently Your Neighborhood Florist, now vacant.
What are people looking for ? A place for a great gourmet burger & fries, a good mexican burrito...We would like it to be upscale and good value. Whatever peoples thoughts are, we do know Meredith does not need another pizza shop/deli as we want to bring something different to the area.
