What's being built in front of Lowes in Gilford?

There is a small out parcel that has activity but so far, no sign.

What will it be?

My guess is Aroma Joe's.

What would you want it to be?

Panera Bread but it's too small for that.

Believe you are talking about the culvert that clasped this past summer. It is one of the reasons the intersection flood a few weeks back

So… they’re building a new pipe then?

I think there is additional work above and to the right of that.

It’s all related to the culvert that needed to be replaced after it failed this summer and caused flooding then the temporary repair caused additional flooding two week’s ago
