Default ... vote for Ladders Thrift Shop in Plymouth!

Ladders Thrift Shop, 16 Main St, Plymouth NH, 03264; a very expansive and loaded two floors of stuff, clothing, home items, way down the south end of Main St., a non-profit which benefits the Pemi Bridge House.

Sorry, no old deWalt radial arm saws, or granite kitchen islands, or Steinway pianos here ..... for that go to the ReStore on Tenney Mtn Hgwy, or the Flip 'N Furniture, both close to Walmart.

Highest quality thrift store while not at the very lowest price, still pretty danged low for all sorts of brand name clothes and home goods, everything is extremely well organized and cleaned. Some will buy a new pair of socks for 25-cents cause they are too lazy to wash their old socks.

Some will donate to unload their stuff, while others will purchase stuff till they become hoarders, that's how it works! So, what are you? Are you a donor, or a hoarder? Dial 603-238-9016

Vote for Ladders in the www.BestofNH.com before March 16!

Stopped in at https://www.facebook.com/LaddersThrift/ in Plymouth, down the south end of Main St, next to the Rite Aid today hoping to get a good deal on some 3 1/2" galvanized common nails, and surprise, surprise ......Ladders has a 50% off sale on all winter clothing items, now going on ..... and they have a lot of winter stuff for men, women, and children ..... and they want to sell it all off ..... to make room for their warm season stuff.

Half priced winter stuff = hats, gloves, mittens, sporting items like xc ski boots, coats, ski parkas, over pants, snowblower jumpsuits, winter boots, balaclavas, googles, ski helmets

And unfortunately, I could not convince them a 3 1/2" galvanized nail is a winter item, because it will be used in the winter ..... but, I tried!

And, today is February 21, which means that winter will still be here for at least 28 more days ....... so's how about that!

Ladders is basically a huge department store-2 floor/10 room, infinite styles mix with the highest quality/reasonable prices around, plus an excellent 50-cent cup of k-cup coffee in a luxurious paper cup!

Was really hoping for Ladders to come through with a bargain priced Hovery Bimo hovercraft ...... but it was no dice?
............

Got too much stuff from years of compulsive hoarding LL Bean, Marshall's, HomeGoods, and T J Maxx and really just want to lose some of your clutter? For incoming donated clothing, household, and other items, Ladders has a side door vestibule area off their dirt driveway on the left, opposite Rite Aid which is their incoming area. People use boxes and trash bags for packaging their donations, but what works good are those large, heavy paper lawn & leaf bags from Walmart or Lowe's that you buy for like 5/2.50, and they are large, sturdy, rectangular, stand up on their own, and good for organizing your donations, and easy to label on the outside.

Is time to LOSE ALL THAT STUFF before you end up on that HOARDER'S tv show ........ and, YOU know who YOU are!

Default ..... Brooks Brothers and Makita!

Like wow ..... did I luck out and get some good stuff at Ladders this past week.

Don't mean to be bragg'n ..... but check it out ..... for five dollars, I got a Makita 7 1/4" circular saw with a rusty but still sharp carbide blade .... and for another five dollars a Brooks Brothers bright yellow w/ blue two-tone horizontal striped, long sleeve, all-cotton, sports shirt. Most of their similar shirts go for two dollars, except the high quality rack is five dollars.

Over at the ReStore, this saw would probably have a price of $65, and by the way, ReStore in Plymouth is a great place to unload your old stove, sink, ac, or frig.

It is basically a $119.95 Makita saw, and maybe a $45-??? Brooks Bothers shirt for five bucks each ..... at Ladders ...... plus they have excellent, strong coffee, and cookies. Seeing that blue Makita saw, there, was a genuine fluke, since Ladders has a very small hardware, fixtures, and tool area ..... so's I just got very very lucky.

To whomever donated these items ...... thank-you very much! Am wearing this shirt right now ..... looks like something that Erik Trump would wear ..... ha-ha-ha! ..... will be a good shirt for painting and repairing the cottage .... if the spring ever gets here and the piles of crusty snow, all disappear!
