Default New Building Across from Town Docks

Does anyone have current information on the new building being built across from town docks and what it will be? Inside sources have told me that the bottom floor will no longer be a coffee/bakery... Perhaps a 7 11?

Just look'n at it as a casual observer, it has 2-car garage, two large outdoor decks on the second and third floor, a fourth floor, a large ground level retail space with customer parking and many windows, all over.

It has a large sign taped to a window that says: 'Two Luxury Water View Apartments for Rent' with a phone number.

It is two separate apartments: 2-bed, 2.5-bath; #2 "rentaled" at $2450/m, and #1 at $2150/m ..... maybe because #2 is higher up and has the better water view or something ...... is this correctimondo?

Could be a great new home for a new pizza and sub joint ...... Meredith Bay Pizza and Subs ...... come stuff yo face! Who wants to start a pizza and sub shop here?

Could be an even better spot for a gasoline, newspaper, coffee, atm, beer, wine, sandwiches, pizza, lottery, rest room, misc sundries, & potato chips store ...... whoopsie ..... except there already is one ..... just across the street ..... Meredith Mobil ....... with the cheapest boat gas around .... when your boat runs on a six gallon tank of gas ... and you lug the 40-lbs gas back to the dock.

Has town water and town sewer which has got to be a big plus for operating a pizza/sub restaurant ...... no clogged septic system or a well with black particles in the water ...... what are these things in the water?

Looks like the architect who dreamed this place up, did a super-duper heck of a good job ...... at least, looking at it from the outside.
