good auto body shop
I need to have a car "cleaned up" any suggestions who to use?

Not quite clear as to what you are seeking.
A detail shop to clean the car? An auto body shop to fix dents? |

one fixes/one shines
Yes there is a big difference between what an auto body shop does and what a detail shop does.
One fixes after a crash, the other shines it all up inside and out so it looks pretty before the crash I think your looking for a car detailing shop. Sorry I know of quite a few around the area but none I've heard good or bad about.

Diamond Shine
I made a bet with John that you can't 'Diamond Shine' a car. Boy I was wrong! Everyone had to wear shades at the car show.
