Question Looking for a Garage Builder

We want to build a 2 stall, 1 1/2 story storage garage on our property in Moultonboro. We already have a variance in place so we are ready for building immmediately. Does anyone have recommendations for a builder? Appreciate any help!

We had Affordable Garages in Hooksett build our garage near the end of 2003. I believe they do a lot of work around the lake. We checked several references before hiring them, and all were positive. I thought their price was reasonable and the workmanship was very good. The job was finished on schedule, as well.

Do they have standard garages that you have to use or can they be customized.

They have a number of standard garage models, but they will customize one for your needs. We wanted a 26' X 26' gambrel style garage with a 4' wide stairway to the second floor. Their standard gambrel was 24' square with a 3' wide stairway, but they modified their model to our dimensions. They seemed pretty flexible, and I would think they would probably design one any way you want it.

Smile Garage Builders

R. F. Stephens of Center Harbor/Moultonboro just completed a very complicated detached 2-car garage with storage and hallway to 2nd floor of main house. His work is high quality and he will work with you to achieve what you are looking for. If you would like more info or would like to see the finished product, send me a message. Personally I don't think you can do better, but he may already be booked for this construction season.
