Default Small deck repair help

I think the ledger board on a small deck has come loose -- at least that end seems to be sagging and I don't seem to be able to fix it myself. Anyone out there know someone who is experienced and willing to do small jobs like this? From what I can tell, the board probably has to be replaced and rebolted into the foundation wall.

Sky, I am not a professional, but have built 3 decks in the past 2 years. I also have carpentry experience. Again, this is not my main line of work, but I may be able to help you out. Drop me an email at chipj29@aol.com if you are interested.
