Default Professional Knife Sharpening (at last)

Like most everyone, we had many knives that needed sharpening and I was too lazy to try to do it myself.

Thus, it was a minor miracle when I found "On Edge," a mobile sharpening service run by Alan Baxter, tel 603-556-9695. He & his wife spend part of the year in Gilford & part of the year in Florida. He has a mobile sharpening shop in a very nicely appointed mini-bus.

]He is regularly at the Gilford Farmers Market om the Olde Gilford Village area, on Saturdays, 9 to Noon, and he sharpened several knives for us at a reasonable price.

AND he also sharpens serrated knives, which many so-called sharpener folks will not do.
