Default Kennel Recommentation

Seeking recommendation for a kennel in the West Alton/Gilford/Meredith area offering the following:

- dog lover
- clean, safe, heated housing
- indoor and outdoor runs - accessible to dogs as needed
- owner lives on site in case of emergencies at night
- reasonably priced
- 2 dogs can stay together for comfort

Thank you.

We have boarded our ten year old Labrador, and also used day care, at:
Lakes Region Pet Resort – on Route 3 in Center Harbor, not far from the Meredith town line.

Four Paws Inn – on Parade Road (Route 106) in Meredith.

Suggest you visit both and see if your needs will be met. Four Paws is more “rustic” than Lakes Region, but our dog does his “happy cry” when he realizes we are going to either one, so that is the dog’s recommendation. Never had any issues at either facility.

Default Dog sitting

I believe the best for dogs is to find a reliable person to watch dogs in your own home, there are plenty of people around if you ask at your vet ? My daughter is a vet tech & watches dogs for a lot of people & loves it & the dogs

We have had great results with the Lakes Region Pet Resort in Meredith. The place is spotless; the dogs have separate rooms and big outdoor play areas; rates are reasonable; and the staff is terrific.

Frankly, I think it may be nicer than some hotels I've stayed at........
