Thumbs up NHMP to get donated night vision equipment

"Good stuff", indeed; I'm happy to hear that the MP will have it available. I think that the boating community owes FLIR Systems a resounding Thank You for providing it!

Post More FLIR details in today's Citizen

Excellent story with pictures in today's Citizen detailing the operational capability of the recently donated FLIR unit to the NHMP. Looks like the Company is going to donate a second unit!

Obviously this equipment will greatly enhance NHMP's search & rescue abilities, making the Lake a safer place for all....

You can read the story HERE.

The developer of the FLIR system spends three months of the year here on Lake Winnipesaukee!

According to this 2014 article, he's got a Hacker-Craft [retro] Laker, a Cobalt, and a 12-foot RIB.

FLIR is a large publicly traded company, there is no "owner" of FLIR.

If you're talking about Andy, he is the CEO, and yes, he is a nice guy.
