Kinda Mansion Property Development
Anyone heard any updates on the proposed property development at Kona? I haven’t heard anything since this Spring.

Ha, that’s Kona not Kinda. Please excuse the fat fingers and lack of proof reading.

I looked at the August 29, 2018 Planning Board minutes and it indicated that an application was anticipated but still not received. As I understand it, all of the conversations to date have been part of a design review process leading to a formal application at some point. The May 9, 2018 Planning Board minutes give you pretty good idea on what they are proposing. I am around the corner from them so I am an interested party as well.

Kona
Was in the area last week and took a ride out to the property. The mansion still looks good, and someone is mowing the lawn. Just quiet and deserted.

Hearing, October 24
The M'boro planning board has a hearing scheduled on October 24'th, for the Kona area subdivision. The plans are available at the town hall. From what I could tell, the first phase is from Jacobs road, but not the waterfront, adding about 16 lots. Lots of wetlands showing in the plan.
