TV Cable provider on the islands in Moultonborough (Dow Island to be Specific)
We have had Direct TV for some 15 years and have had a technician come to the island before to fix the service. Well this is now 7 weeks of trying to get the GD Direct TV back in service since we opened up 4/21/18 weekend! First time the technicians were out of "capacity" on Mother's Day weekend( the guy band and then this Memorial Day weekend got the "we do not service the area" excuse! Both time we lined it up and got the confirmation they would be coming! Well we are done with them and want to explore the local providers. Are there any reliable customer service orientated cable providers the will come to the island like Dow Island? Our neighbor now has Dish so wondering how good that service is?
Please help us get our TV service back! Frank |

Don't know what the problem is. We called Direct TV for service on Sunday April 22 and they came out the next morning and were gone by Noon. We live on Chase Island. |

You can probably get internet (DSL) thru your phone provider, Consolidated Communications. Not as fast as cable but not bad if you are closer to the switch. The further away (subscribers between you and the switch) the signal is degraded)
