Default Back on the island-finally!

After 3 months of paperwork and waiting we finally closed on a lot on our beloved Mark Island yesterday. Hopefully will be building in the spring. Thanks to Nancy and Doug Deporter for all the help along the way.

Here are a few pics from our first day out.

Welcome back! It'll be nice to hear the noise of saws and nail guns coming from someone else's place for a change!

Not sure, we are starting to look at plans. Since we have a northern and southern view we need a plan that can capture both.

Eh go post and beam with plenty of glass all around! That is a beautiful spot. I almost bought a place over there but the Gilford taxes were insane so I walked away.

Hi Nancy. Due to an upgrade in software, the "thanks" button could not be continued and has gone away, at least for now. This was per the webmaster .

Ditto that, Nancy & Doug! So thankful for the great job you did selling my folks' place in Wolfeboro almost one year ago. I had my doubts that sale would ever close, but you two made it work. Can't recommend you highly enough!
