Fire 'N Stone...Exceeded Expectations!
Wanted to give a huge shout-out to, and big recommendation for, Fire 'N Stone in Tilton!
We moved into our primary home in Bedford, NH last fall. The fireplace in the family room was a hideous blue and red granite. We nick-named it the "kitchen counter fireplace". Originally a wood-burning fireplace, the previous owners had installed a pellet stove, that they hadn't used for the last several years. We knew from the get-go that we wanted to replace it with a stone gas fireplace, but how do you find the right craftsman when you are new to the area? Sometime in Jan/Feb, I was reading the LaDa Sun, and noticed an ad for Fire 'N Stone. Based on their ad, I thought they might be able to handle the job. Phoned them up and Angelo Feruggia, the owner, said he would come down to Bedford and check it out. He gave me a price and we agreed to move forward. His guys showed up last Tuesday. They said it would take them through Friday to finish. They finished on Thursday. We were in Meredith while they were working and when I went down on Friday to check it out, I was floored. It was better than I expected. There wasn't a spec of dust anywhere and the new fireplace changes the entire dynamic of the room. I would highly recommend Fire 'N Stone! |

It's funny, as I was scrolling down my first thought—at the first photo—was ewww, that doesn't look great and then the second photo loaded and wow! Real nice!
