Road Work by Naswa

Any idea what is going on there? Is it Naswa doing repairs? Or is it state/city doing repairs? Or, none of the above?
Whatever it is, I have to say, they are doing a great job on managing traffic going through that area.

The Naswa is replacing the retaining wall. They paid Busby construction to do the work... It looks like its going to be nice when done!
