Default Opening Day Of Salmon Season (Apr il 1st) Will Soon Be Here!

Water's out to the end of the Dock in Downing's landing! Just to give you a taste of what's to come in few weeks - every one of these vids were shot by me on Winni or a trib of Winni in the month of April, all caught on fly rod:

Biggie in the Merrymeeting (mounted my cam on my fly vest)

nailed this one behind the bridge in Alton:

Another from out on the docks in Alton Bay:

And another from the same spot:

This one I caught about an hour before the big Alton fire - you can hear the wind whipping

Last year I got 13 on opening day! Who's gonna be with me in Alton? I'll give you a fly!

Default Take Me!

I just moved here from Colorado -- this is my first spring in NH. I have my rods spooled, leaders tied and everything; snow was not part of the plan!
