Default Land Survey

Can anyone give me any suggestions who to call for a Land Survey on our property?

Steve Smith in Gilford does a lot of work in the area. I have used him several times and have been satisfied with the work and the price.

Default Surveyor

If you look on your copy of your property survey, it should have the name of the surveying company that did it. Assuming they are still in business, I would start there. They will have all the notes and information that was gathered and used for the last survey and most likely will cost less and be completed quicker than if you used another surveyor (former land surveyor speaking here).

Default Bailey Associates

I have used Bryan Bailey in Gilford on a couple of projects. He’s reasonable and does excellent work.

Default Surveyor

I have also used Bryan Bailey several times. He even walked my property with me to show me where my boundaries were.

Hope this helps,
Bill

With the economy going strong I would assume that all of the surveyors are busy.

I gave Steve Smith a project to work on about 4 weeks ago and he said he had 8 others to finish before he could get to mine. Oh well, just get in line and wait.

Go to the city or town to see if they have the plot plane and then locate the pins.
