Default Allergies

Is it me or is this springs pollen count in the area extremely high? Burning eyes and a runny nose is so pleasant

I'm finding it really bad this year, not just in the lakes region.

I agree..this season has been awful. Between arthritis and allergies, do I dull the pain or take allergy meds and walk around in a daze? 🙄

My son has not been outside for any significant time in over 2 weeks. It’s been miserable

I've used a natural product called D Hist in the past which has helped along with Alegra. I didn't buy it this year and I'm regretting it. It's a product that helps you build up your own resistance to pollen but you have to take it everyday and it has to be in your system well before the allergie season starts. I'm buying it again for the fall.

Do you have a farmers market close by... It doesn't have to be in Gilford. Check Hannafords... they carry local honey when it's available.
