Default Wolfeboro dock repair

Took a trip past town docks in Wolfeboro noticed they spared no expense with their dock repair. Decking boards were ipe . The docks of course look great. What happened to cedar ,mahogany or god forbid pt.

Have you seen the lumber prices lately?
Wood is probably just as expensive as composite right now.

Fox Business news was talking about wood and gold in the same segment. It seems it is still possible to discover an unknown source of gold, but there are no more undiscovered forests. Price of a 2x4 is up 50% yoy.

Any pictures by chance? Haven't made it over to Wolfeboro docks this year yet.
