Default 1.75 Acre High & Dry Lot for sale in Suissevale (Moultonborough)

1.75 acre lot for sale. Wooded area off the main roads, all high, dry, and usable. I intended to build on it myself a few years down the road, but am now considering moving directly to waterfront in a few years which is why I'm now contemplating selling. I'd argue it's the nicest lot in Suissevale which justifies the price. Looking to sell off market at first. Message me with a contact number to discuss.

Does Suissevale have docks/moorings? What is the waitlist like and how do you get one if they do?

Yes on docks. No on moorings. You do not buy in Suissevale if you're waiting for a dock. The waitlist goes back to the early 90s and there is very minimal turnover. However, you can put yourself on the waitlist for $100 and rent open dock spaces as they become available during the year for a very favorable and nominal cost.

One more thing, there is a large area of the beach where you're allowed to pull your boat/jet ski up and beach it daily.

How often does that beach get filled? And does Suissevale have its own launch/launches?

Every Saturday/Sunday it's pretty filled. This year has been weird where the parking lot has been full, but the beach not as much and I think it's because people are using their boats more than ever this year.

They have their own launch right next to the beach, but the public States Landing launch is also a few hundred feet outside the compound and has been fully redone with great trailer parking.

bumping this before I list it in a couple of weeks. 750 ft from the water. It's as good as advertised.
