Default Old seaplane picture

In the historic photo section of the gallery on this site, I found a picture of an old seaplane flying over the boat races at the Weirs back in the 1920s. Wish I'd found this when I was working on the seaplane history book, but now that I've found it, I'd like to know more about it, who posted it (mbhoward) and how to get in touch with them for permission to use the image. I've attached the picture that I'm talking about, and I'm pretty sure it's a Travel Air 4000, and presumably belonging to the Weirs seaplane base.
