Tamarack Out-Back Review

I don't know if this is proper protocol for this message board since there is already a thread regarding Tamarack Out-Back. But I still wanted to start a new thread because my review is from last week and has nothing to do with the free pizza giveaway.

I was driving back to Meredith from Gunstock Friday and my wife saw 2 ladies in the window at Tamarack Out-Back. She said lets stop and get pizza. We went in and asked if they were open. The owner said no but come in anyway. They were actually interviewing candidates for their upcoming season (which is who my wife saw in the window). He asked us what we wanted and we told him pizza. He turned on the oven and made us a pizza.

We ordered a mushroom pizza and it was fantastic. The service was even better. We couldn't get over our experience. The owner actually turned on the oven to make one pizza for us. Upon leaving the owner, Jim, told us he would be open for weekends.

Sure enough, my son asked to go back Saturday and the pizza was just as good. Crispy crust with delicious sauce. We spent some time with Jim and had another great experience. This is definitely the best pizza my family has had in this area. I can't wait to get pizza again at the Tamarack when I return to the area in June.

Seems like Jim and Tamarak Out Back are off to great start here!! What a nice story and thanks for sharing it. Looking forward to having pizza there sometime later in the season.
