Belknap Snowmobilers Work Party - 12/29

We were given permission to put the bridge at Irwin Marine up for the winter months. We will be meeting at 8:30 am Sunday December 29th at the bridge. The best place to park is behind the Lakeport fire station in Laconia(Gold st @ rail road ave, closest land mark CJ Avery’s restaurant). To put the bridge sections on the tracks we use two backhoes, steel wheels and people power. As with most projects the more help the better, the faster it gets done and even the better quality of the end product. This bridge is a critical link in that section of trail and we are at the mercy of the rail road company, it must be put up every year in late December early January and taken down in the spring. Hope to see you all there and hope to see more snow in the forecasts.
