Verizon 4G LTE
I got my email today saying that 4G LTE is NOW available in my area. So I guess not more Fake 4G? LOL....
You can view the coverage map here....I think.... http://www.verizonwireless.com/wcms/...e=03254#lpSec1 The map does look different than when I checked it a month or so ago during the last thread on the subject. A lot more dark red this time. |

LTE test
I just ran a test at my house in Meredith. I ran a speedtest on my 3G Android phone and got 115kb/s download. I grabbed my son's iphone5 which is claiming to be connected to LTE and the download speed is 1.5Mb/s. My laptop on Metrocast is getting 5Mb/s download.

4G coverage
I had 4G coverage in Laconia for a number of months. It is definitely not fake 4G. It is spotty though. I'm able to get a good signal in the industrial park area and not downtown.
A couple of times when Metrocast internet is down, which is frequently, I did an internet pass through the USB port on my Rezound. It works very well!
