Well, the neighbors wife scraped the front rim/wheel. Minor but finish/paint worn off. No dents. Minor surface scrape. This car has aluminum alloy rims.
Neighbor is not going to fix himself. New rim for car costs $750.00 Already purchased. Does anyone know of a shop in New Hampshire that can refinish automotive rims. Not just a body shop. But a rim/wheel specialist. Going to get the old one refinished. As a spare. Again, he is not going to do this himself. |

i cannot help you with a local shop but I will say that the repair process is the way to go.
Two of my wheels on one side got scraped by the guide pipes in an automated car wash. There was a weld that stuck out and the car had low profile tires. I had someone come to the house in Florida and fix them in the driveway. Two wheels: $150. The results were excellent and the cost of two new wheels was over $2,000. (Mercedes) Call a couple of local dealers. They make these types of repairs all the time. They will know who you should call. |

Don't know of any wheel repair shops in the lakes region per se but I do believe both Kwick Silver and Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists are mobile
