Default Eagles Nesting

I am curious. Someone once told me that if eagles are nesting (in this case on Blueberry Island), then it is illegal to go ashore. Does anyone know if there is any truth to this?

If you don't own property on Blueberry Island then YES, it would be illegal to go ashore. Not because of the Eagles, but because you are trespassing.

Last I knew, you can go anywhere in NH, unless it is posted no trespassing.
