Default Fall Fishing???

How's the fishing on Winni? I'm still fishing in CT, catching a whole lot of bass. I want to come up to NH one more time before it get's too cold.

Hurry up, warm and sunny this week and I find the bass are coming up around the rocks during the sunny days. Spinner bait and rubber worms still getting hit. Water temperature is around 54 and dropping.
I can't speak for the rest of the lake but the rocks between Little and Big Island, in Paugus Bay, has been pretty popular with the bass boats.
Heading out in the fog now!

Fishing in Center Harbor bay was not good for me or the numerous bass boats I saw trying on both shorelines. Head further south for any action.

Default Fall Fishing

Hello All--

Long time Forum Reader; First time posting. We had good luck this past Saturday in Meredith Bay. It was a picture-perfect day! Attached photo is about a 3- 4 pounder that my son pulled in. Used live crayfish about 2-3 feet up from the bottom. We also had several that got away. (it wouldn't be a true fish story unless there was one that got away....)
