Default From the depths to the table!

My wife out-fished me this morning landing a nice salmon and a fat rainbow. All I could muster was a smaller rainbow and a tinker smallmouth.
This evening I took her salmon, freshly filleted and transformed it into a new dish for us...brown sugar-pecan encrusted Winni landlocked salmon! It was yummy! (With fresh picked garden tomatoes and cukes!)
