Default Crush House

Anyone know whats going on at the former “Crush House” next to Pariphinalia?

Noticed today that the For Sale sign now indicates “PENDING”.

Also saw the pending sign. Always thought it was a wonderful location and never heard why it was vacant so long

Default Restaurant coming in 2020

I spoke to the people at parafunalia and they had info on the sale. They said the place was sold to someone who is already in the business in southern NH. They plan on an eleven month renovation with a deck expansion in the rear and maybe a larger out door space in the front. They are going to be seasonal from Spring until Columbus Day. It will be nice to see the place open again and within walking distance for us at MVYC. They have a potential customer base of almost 300 boaters right across the street so I hope it works out for them.

We've been to Jamison's in Hampstead and it's a great place that we enjoy. I wish them the best of luck here on the lake!

Friends of mine. Very good people. They just recently bought a house on the Gilford waterfront.
