Late Frost
The forecast out through the end of October (Friday) doesn't call for frost around the lake region. While some areas may been nipped earlier, many places near the water haven't seen a frost yet this fall. Over 90% of the time, according to those that keep records, we have had a frost by the middle of October. Waiting till November is unheard of. It will be interesting to see when it finally comes and if it is any predictor to the nature of the winter.

I need to get some snow so I can get out and play as I do that to pass the winter months away. A good snowy winter keeps the boredom days away for this ole geezer.
