Default .... tennis for a longer life

http://www.nytimes.com/2018/09/05/we...ry-tennis.html 'The Best Sport for a Longer Life? Try Tennis' Sept 5, 2018: New York Times

It says playing paddle sports is good for a longer life so's this probably applies to Pickleball too. ….. is not just tennis.

While the local tennis courts do not seem to get too much use, the local pickleball courts are very busy, and some of these newbie pickleballers are very physically unfit and need to lose 20 to 30-lbs of ugly fat if they ever want to be any good at pickleball.

So, lose that fat and go play tennis, a real sport!

The lakes region has more high quality, public tennis courts that are free and very available to use than you can count on both hands and feets ….. and usually are totally empty of people playing tennis.

If a tennis racket had an engine and made lots of noise, then it would be more popular here in the lakes region!
