This was posted on the Facebook page: Braun Bay at 10 AM!

Easily the busiest day I've seen in the north—Blanchard Island area was JAMMED.

It seemed like everyone was having fun, though!Name: FB_IMG_1593948446084.jpeg

First time (other than Bike Week) that I saw people waiting to dock @ the Weirs.... Great to see!

I agree!
I'm glad they are busy and making money again but it's not for me.
I'd rather go out during the week and have the whole lake to myself.
No battling for dock space and usually much calmer waters.

Shhh, not so loud, old guys like me need more room to maneuver and prefer not to do the weekend bump-n-steer at the sandbar. I like the quiet during the week, but dont need the millennial's catching on.

Next thing they will all be teleworking at the sandbar and there will be satellite dishes mounted on everyones boats for internet

I’ve been teleworking at the lake during the week for the last 5 years. It’s really nothing new, you also don’t even need a satellite for internet anymore. Run a hot spot off your phone and your laptop works fine. The millennials could actually teach us a thing or two.

Yep! I had to do that from the Alton Town Dock last weekend to deal with a critical issue. Hated to bring work onto the boat but I was on call and didn’t want to miss a boating day!
