Kona?
Does anyone know what's going on with the Kona? It looks like the property changed hands last year for what seems like well below its market value (2.5M).
I haven't heard anything about this in on the forum or seen any news articles. The last piece of major news was a proposed development about 5 years ago that seemed to die quietly. Anyone have any insight? https://www.redfin.com/NH/Moultonbor...operty-history |
