Default Water spray on Mount cam?

Anyone know what's going on?

Testing hoses on a warm day?

Trying to hasten the melting of the ice?

Insuring the lake level is correct come Spring?

I have seen the Center Harbor FD training in the park before using their deck gun and drawing water from the lake. I had never seen it close to the mount, but I would guess that is what is happening.

Practicing in case Somali pirates ever find their way to the lake and need to be repelled - that's a nifty anti-boarding weapon.
