Default Moultonboro Bay Cam

Can someone tell me if that is a sandbar showing in the live cam picture? Has it always been there or fairly new? Thanks in advance.

Those are some sort of yellow containment buoys. It has been visited by the millfoil harvester, so I'm assuming that is what they are for.

The cam seems like it has had a dirty lens all winter and spring. Picture used to be very clear. Also have enjoyed watching the loon grow but sad the other egg was abandoned.

That problem has been remedied. Also, seems to be lost in history, there is a way to view the last few hours, either manually or automatically:

Either select "last" to get a particular pix, or hit start, and it will automatically review the last few hours. Kind of crude, but none the less functional. Been there for decades.

I really miss the Moultonboro cam in the winter. It was live and I could watch fishermen pulling out their shacks and walking around on the ice. Any chance it's coming back? I enjoy all the other cams and wish they could all be live. Love Moose Point too. Thanks for making them all available! I'M waiting for the blizzard of 2019 to arrive in Massachusetts!
