Default New Lake Webcam

The West Alton area of the lake now has a webcam. I'm pleased to announce the addition of the Minge Cove Webcam, which is located just west of the mouth of Minge Cove. The camera's view is to the northeast, looking across the lake toward Wolfeboro. This new webcam will operate from sunrise to sunset year-round. The image updates every 5 minutes

You can view this camera's webpage at: www.mingecovecam.com

Many thanks to our Webmaster and Island Girl for helping me get this new webcam up and running.

Here's what the view looks like:

It's in a fixed position. Due to a number of nearby trees that would obstruct a different view, and my desire to show the part of the lake that many people going in and out of Minge Cove need to navigate across, my plan is to leave the camera fixed where it is now.

Default Don, this is great

Now when Carolyn says that it's calm and I will not get wet on my jetski. I can check for myself. Sometimes she gives me the wrong advice, I'm sure not intentionally.

Oh nice !! I look at the web cams almost every day to see how things are looking at the lake. Except now, I am HERE, and extending my visit by another day because of inclement weather. Twist my arm. Even if it doesn't snow tomorrow, I'm staying. Thanks for the web cam !!!
