NH Mooring Bill

Has anyone heard about the bill being voted on tomorrow about allowing anyone to moor overnight for 3 nights anywhere on Lake Winnipesaukee? The committee tabled it 1/24 for allowing moorings any nights for any amount of time. They came back with a limitation of 3 consecutive nights. Are you kidding me! The noise, pollution, & lack of oversight makes this a very bad bill.
