Default HVAC Maintenance - Meredith

Does anyone have a good and reliable HVAC contact that does maintenance work for a forced air propane furnace in the Meredith area? I have been disappointed in reaching out to some of the local options. Thanks.

Default hvac

I have had good experiences with Porter Heating and Cooling, 366-2662, and Lakes Region HVAC, 286-2290. I have geothermal with FHA via propane backup. Lakes Region is expert on geothermal, (as well as traditional furnace), and Porter is great on traditional as well.

Service for heating devices is a tough one in the Lakes region, I had Fuller before and could not get them to come out and clean my boiler. Then they stopped delivering oil and I switched to Foley last year. They came right out to clean my boiler last year. Called them to schedule for this year and was told they would call me with a date and time..... that was in August, still haven't heard from them.

Default Stafford is excellent, too

FLL is right....Stafford is great too. We used them at our old place for many years, which had FHA oil furnace. They had a key to our house and their guys could get in on their own for seasonal furnace cleanings, etc.

I didn't mention them in my original post, as TBonies asked about FHA via propane....don't know if that makes a difference or not....

I love Stafford; made the appointment online and they called the next day to confirm. On the appointment date the tech arrive about 5 minutes early and was very professional. He did what he had to do and explained everything afterward.

I have used Laconia Refrigeration for years. Great service, even on busy summer weekends (they have a 24hr service line) and reasonable prices

We have FHA and have used Stafford for about 15 years and are very satisfied with their service. They were here on very short notice a couple times when furnace shut down.
