Default ...totally amaz'n water temp!

Holy-smokes ...... and mama mia! ..... just looky look at the water temp ..... in years past....Oct 15 would see surface water, Lake Winnipesaukee, water temp in the 50's, like maybe at 58 or so, but not in 2017 ...... with the water temp a very doable SIXTY FIVE degrees ..... hubba-hubba! ...... you can go swimming and arrive back alive at 65-water temp! Can still be hit'n the water, without a wet suit ......on a sunny, warm day ....that sun do make a big difference!

Default Aqua Toast

Last Sunday, the water temperature at East Bear Island was sixty-six degrees. Very nice! 🐻

Question Chilled Out...

Interesting... I thought the whole summer was chilly—as summers at the lake go. 'Never used the A/C all summer long.

I thought the whole summer was chilly too, but Sept and Oct. were warmer than usual.

Default Great Weekend!

While everyone was pumpkin chuckin', Braun Bay was our place to go! Quiet, not crowded and swimming was fantastic! Wish it was like this year round!

Helped my friend take his dock yesterday. Two hours in the water, never a chill. Almost hated to get out, but the Pats game was calling.
