I did not read if they were going to put in a traffic light at the the Comman's and 104 intersection. During the summer it would be very difficult going in and coming back out to 104. If they put a traffic light there, then 93 would back up. Literally ROUTE 93 would be backed up for a mile.

From the link above NEW HAMPTON — In response to requests from the town, the New Hampshire Department of Transportation is making two safety improvements at what can be the tricky Exit 23 off-ramp on Interstate 93. The work is expected to start in June, said New Hampton Town Administrator Barbara Lucas on Monday, and will include creating designated lanes for traffic turning either east or west onto Route 104. The NH DOT will also “square” the eastbound merge lane to make it perpendicular with the road. Chuck Flanders, the DOT’s contract administrator, said the safety improvements at Exit 23 were an “add-on” to the agency’s $5.1 million reconstruction of I-93 between Exits 18 and 19 in Canterbury and Northfield. Work in those areas began about two weeks ago and will include drainage, temporary removal of rumble strips, tree clearing, and guardrail replacement, the DOT said, as well as pavement rehabilitation at the Canterbury Rest Area and a widening/reconfiguration of the Exit 23 northbound off ramp. Flanders said the DOT heard concerns about “storage” at Exit 23, explaining that the when traffic can’t take a left westbound onto Route 104, it stacks up, sometimes onto the interstate. The plan is to create more “left-turn storage,” he said, and to do so in a way that also allows eastbound traffic to go by unimpeded. And, although he wasn’t personally aware of some of the accidents that Lucas said have occurred due to the awkward angling of the eastbound “slip ramp,” that situation would also be corrected. At present, eastbound drivers must yield to traffic on Route 104, but they are hard-pressed to see whether they can proceed safely because the slip ramp is almost parallel to Route 104. Many drivers creep along the slip ramp, awkwardly craning their heads to the left. Once the DOT finishes its work, the slip ramp will be redone so that drivers will be able to have a clear line of sight both to the left and right, said Flanders.
