Thumbs up Cliff Lodge

If you want to travel a bit (the web page says 20 mins from Meredith) there is no place (IMHO) on Winni that compares with the Cliff Lodge in Bristol, NH on Newfound Lake. There are 10-15 tables out on the deck with a commanding view of the lake, well-tended gardens, beautiful sunsets and a very interesting menu. Has anyone been? Check out their web page

Thumbs up In Alton Bay

Also try Shibleys down by the Alton Bay town docks.

We've been there many times. It's always excellent.

Default Outside Dining

In Wolfeboro you have several places - Garwoods, Dockside, Jo Greene, Wolfe Trap, Lydia's, Yum Yum Shoppe, Bob's Hot Dogs on the Dock (Hot Dog Bob), Mise En Place, picnic lunches at the three town beaches, Cate Park, Foss Field, and practically anywhere else you want to eat. Most of the restaurants offer take out, too, which could be eaten where ever you want. Go SOX.
